A working product demo of productized AWS cost audits: an audit engine (real boto3, real Terraform), a dashboard, a billing-grade cost model and a verifiable remediation pipeline. It seeds a realistic 18-month-old startup account, then runs seed → audit → remediate → verified before/after.
Every number in the demo is measured, not mocked — the seeded account (26 EC2 instances, 31 volumes, 4 S3 buckets, 2 NAT gateways) is provisioned by real terraform apply. Repo carries no open-source license. Last verified 2026-10-07.

The demo seeds a realistic 18-month-old startup AWS account with real terraform apply, then runs the complete engagement — seed, audit (real boto3 reads), remediation pipeline, and a verified before/after. make demo runs the whole thing in 3–5 minutes; the dashboard shows each measured number. The landing page in docs/ is self-contained and deploys to any static host.
