gitops-progressive-delivery-demo
demoA canary breaches its SLO and Argo Rollouts rolls it back — no scripted state machine
A GitOps progressive-delivery pipeline that actually runs: real k3s, real Argo CD, real Argo Rollouts, real Prometheus, and a real LLM call for the root-cause write-up. A deliberately broken canary gets promoted, breaches its error-rate SLO, and is rolled back by the controller. No fixture data.
Every dashboard number is read back out of the live cluster at request time; the root-cause write-up uses a real GLM-4.5 call. Last verified 2026-10-07.

Argo CD syncs, the rollout steps to canary 20% then 50% with Prometheus tripping the error-rate SLO on the way; the Argo Rollouts controller rolls the broken canary back; seven analyzers run against the live cluster and a real LLM call writes the root-cause analysis. The dashboard shows the run; bash scripts/uat-test.sh verifies it end-to-end.
