The same one-sentence service request is cast twice: directly to a capable model (the manifests apply but fail 42 policy checks), then through a golden path with a provisioner set, an OPA/Conftest policy bundle and an authorization model — converging to zero violations in three iterations, inside budget, with a human still holding the production approval. docker compose run --rm demo runs the comparison; make help lists every target.
