A.O.P.S.
demoAlert-driven SRE pipeline: Prometheus → n8n → Popeye → agent → kubectl → Slack
An open-source, self-hosted alternative to the Robusta + K8sGPT stack. Prometheus fires, n8n catches the webhook, Popeye scans the cluster, an agent reasons over the findings via Ollama, a validated plan is applied by kubectl, and Slack gets the card. Every component is swappable.
Working demo, no tagged releases: UAT 15/15, sandbox E2E ~55ms; runs against fixtures or a live cluster. Last verified 2026-10-07.

Prometheus + Alertmanager webhook into n8n; n8n POSTs /scan to the Popeye scanner, which reads cluster state (fixtures or live); findings go to dify-lite, which reasons via Ollama and returns a structured plan plus a Markdown runbook; the validated plan is applied by kubectl and the runbook lands as a Slack card. ./scripts/setup-kind-cluster.sh up gives you a real cluster to point it at.
